房子破成這樣還有救嗎? 改造設計 22 Bond 
在紐約布魯克林 這里曾是一棟閑置多年的舊房子 1 建筑 開發商Richport在2013年將此地收購 本打算改造成一座結合精品酒店的商業綜合體 結果半途而廢 后來改作住宅 由建筑事務所BKSK負責設計工作 入口處的立面用金屬孔板 刻意保持風化腐蝕的效果 建筑另外一面用條形鋼構架 組成一整面玻璃幕墻 玻璃幕墻處用藝術家Roy Nachum 一個金色的“蒼蠅”雕塑 鑲嵌在玻璃外墻的上面 外表殘破的大樓新與舊的融合 保持了很多歷史街區的建筑風貌 2 室內 與室外殘舊的外觀不同的是 室內是完全精致的風格 白色為主基調的空間 墻面鑲嵌金色的雕塑和水晶燈 開放式廚房的柜門、墻面、吧臺 用白色面板和白色大理石 金色的餐椅別具一格的復古感 戶型定位為精致的大LOFT 復合這個街區的客戶人群的定位 超大的挑高空間卻保持簡潔的室內裝飾 3 藝術裝置 藝術家Roy Nachum 不只在外墻掛了一個“大蒼蠅” 為室內帶來了整套的雕塑設計 4 中庭 平面圖的中帶有顏色的部分 就是大樓的所在地 從圖中可以看出是一塊 非常狹長的場地 在這里由景觀設計事務所 Future Green Studio設計了一個中庭 為了應對下雨天 會有一個玻璃走廊供居民使用 用鋼梁穿插兩邊建筑中 綠植覆蓋在鋼構上讓冷冰冰的庭院 充滿自然生氣 在這樣的庭院中隨著四季的變化 植物會呈現不同的樣貌 讓人們感受到時間的真實變化 本文轉載自微信公眾號：一起設計(together-design) |
